POSITION SUMMARY
Trellis is seeking an experienced and dynamic Information Technology (IT) Manager to lead all aspects of IT operations and manage our relationship with our Managed Service Provider (MSP). The IT Manager will provide administrative direction for IT policies procedures and best practices while ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the IT department. This role will focus on system integrity enduser support information security business alignment and business continuity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technology management particularly in a HIPAAcovered entity or an environment that handles sensitive information and will bring expertise in hardware/software lifecycle management and resource optimization.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in technology management (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in technology management within a HIPAAcovered entity or an entity that handles private and sensitive data (required).
- Familiarity with configuring and managing resources in Microsoft Azure.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration.
- Strong working knowledge of computer networking principles and practices.
- Experience in budget development and financial management within an IT department.
WORK SCHEDULE
This position is34 days in the office and 12 days from homeMondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
