RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Leadership & Development
Foster a positive energetic team culture grounded in ALLOs values of honesty exceptional/hasslefree service and local community involvement.
Onboard and field train a team of motivated direct sales representatives.
Be the first line of defense by assisting representatives with any challenges in the field or customer interactions.
Communication is key. Conduct oneonones and coaching sessions to build skills and align with performance goals.
Conduct biannual performance evaluations as required.
Collaboration with GM team on annual team compensation considerations.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Set daily weekly and monthly sales targets and monitor individual and team performance.
Work closely with GMs and Marketing Leadership aligning strategy with the overall goal of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Lead by example in the field proving effective sales tactics while meeting personal sales goals.
Customer Experience & Brand Representation
Ensure the team delivers a positive and professional customer experience in all interactions.
Represent ALLO Fiber at community events neighborhood meetings and local outreach initiatives.
Educate prospective customers on the benefits of ALLOs 100% fiberoptic network and services.
Operations & Reporting
Track and report on sales metrics team productivity and customer feedback.
Collaborate with internal departments (marketing operations customer service) to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent.
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
Proven experience and success in direct sales
Prior leadership experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fastpaced goaloriented environment.
Evening and weekend work required.
REQUIREMENTS:

Possess/maintain a valid drivers license
