Your Impact:

Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Technical User Experience Finance and Business leadership amongst other various Communities of Practice.

• Collaborate amongst key stakeholders to define the portfolios strategy make investment decisions and improve portfolio flow. Partner to oversee spending audit compliance expenditure measurement and reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a portfolio vision and formulate a comprehensive portfolio strategy.

• Create and maintain the portfolio roadmap and backlog to ensure strategic alignment.

• Establish and fund value streams to optimize resource allocation and investment decisions.

• Communicate and mitigate risks while fostering innovation across the portfolio.

• Lead the Portfolio Management Office in enhancing portfolio operations.

• Lead our Coaching practices with an eye towards continuous improvement and measurement

• Develop key metrics to measure our technology organizations maturation progress

• Lead 15 resources including Agile and Scrum Coaches as well as other program management resources

• Facilitate the career growth and progression of Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) team members.

• Understand scope schedule and dependencies across value streams to ensure portfolio and business alignment

• Executive reporting to divisional and enterprise resources

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field;

• 15 years of experience in software delivery.

• Proven experience in portfolio management with a focus on lean methodologies.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

• Experience working collaboratively with senior executives and stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in portfolio management tools and methodologies.

• Lean certification or a demonstrated background in lean principles.

• Financial Services experience preferred.
