What you will do

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Registered Dietitian to step into the role of Patient Services Manager. This pivotal position will not only oversee our innovative unit host program and clinical nutrition team but also spearhead the direction of our newly developed teaching kitchen. You will

• Lead and manage our unit host program ensuring seamless operations and a patientcentric approach to hospitality.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance the overall patient experience.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the clinical nutrition team ensuring optimal patient care.
• Foster a collaborative and growthoriented environment within the team.
• Take charge of our newly developed teaching kitchen shaping it into a hub of nutrition education and culinary innovation.
• Develop and execute engaging programs to educate patients and staff on healthy eating habits.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create personalized nutrition plans for patients.
• Actively engage with patients to understand their nutritional needs and preferences.
• Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Regularly evaluate and enhance nutrition programs based on industry best practices.
• Represent the organization in community health initiatives and events to promote nutritional education.
• Collaborate with external partners to expand the reach of our nutrition programs.

What you will need

• Registered Dietitian certification is a must.
• Proven experience in clinical nutrition preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for patient care and nutrition education.
• Ability to inspire and lead a team toward excellence.
• Creative thinking and a willingness to innovate in the nutrition education space.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
