We are seeking a skilled professional to administer and manage Trellix and/or Crowdstrike solutions to implement endpoint security across our datacenters and remote offices. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in either or both technologies ensuring optimal performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Administration:
- Administer and manage Trellix and/ Or Crowdstrike solutions.
- Configure monitor and troubleshoot Trellix / Crowdstrike systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Plan and execute upgrades patches and other maintenance activities for Trellix / Crowdstrikesystems.
Security Administration:
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to ensure robust security measures and compliance with industry standards.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide advanced technical support for Trellix and Crowdstrike issues.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and IT support staff.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of Trellix and Crowdstrike configurations procedures and processes.
- Generate regular reports on system performance security incidents and maintenance activities.
Expected skills/ experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Cybersecurity or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of handson experience with Trellix and/or Crowdstrike administration and management.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of network protocols and services (TCP/IP DNS VPN etc.).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell Python) for automation.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
