Are you a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager looking to grow with a global clientfocused insurance brokerage
Our client a wellestablished international insurance brokerage with over 30 years of success and a network spanning 29 countries is expanding its team in Mississauga. Reporting to the Personal Lines Manager the Personal Lines Account Manager will manage a personal lines book of business and support administrative processes to ensure exceptional service delivery. You are detailoriented clientfocused and thrive in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
Manage monthly renewals for a book of business including remarketing when necessary
Review renewals for changes in premiums coverages or company eligibility
Process new business endorsements and renewals including issuing liability slips invoices binders and cover letters
Handle all client communications and service calls in a timely and professional manner
Respond to lienholder and lessor inquiries and provide confirmation of coverage
Support producers with policy and client information
Invoice all agencybilled accounts and process billing transactions
Maintain accurate client records in EPIC in line with paperless policy
Liaise with insurance carriers regarding policy inquiries or changes
Assist the department with miscellaneous tasks as needed
RIBO License (Required)
35 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance
Strong technical knowledge of the Personal Lines market and policy wordings
Proficiency with EPIC Company Portalsand Microsoft Office
Postsecondary education (University or College Degree); CIP or CRM designation preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detailoriented reliable and a team player with strong business acumen
Ability to thrive in a highvolume deadlinedriven environment
