Job Title: Personal Insurance Account Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focusedPersonal Insurance Account Managerto join our team. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for clients delivering exceptional service identifying opportunities to enhance coverage and fostering long-term relationships. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong trusting relationships with clients by understanding their personal insurance needs and ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of personal insurance accounts reviewing coverage options renewals and policy changes.
  • Provide education and guidance to clients about policy updates coverage options and risk management strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell policies to meet clients needs while meeting company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and policy details in the system.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes negotiate terms and resolve any billing or claims issues.
  • Stay informed about industry trends new products and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations.
  • Act as a liaison between clients carriers and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
  • 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance account management preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with acute attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in agency management systems and basic office software (e.g. Microsoft Excel Word Outlook).
  • Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package

  • Compensation: Between $60k-$90k (based on experience).
