Job Description
Join a global financial technology environment as aDelivery Leaderin the Linear Rates space where youll lead complex systems that underpin highperformance Interest Rate Derivatives trading. Youll oversee delivery and production support of projects tied to USD linear products and collaborate with internationally distributed teams across major financial hubs including Paris London Tokyo and New York.
This is a unique opportunity to manage both functional and technical teams drive innovation and deliver highimpact solutions using modern technologiesall while supporting some of the most critical capital markets functions.Key Responsibilities:
Delivery & Team Leadership- Drive Agile ceremonies prioritize sprint deliverables and align project milestones with business needs.
- Coordinate closely with global teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery across geographies.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks while fostering a highperforming engaged team culture.
- Guide and support functional and technical team members to reach project goals and elevate team capabilities.
- Act as a solution design authority: review architecture and implementation to ensure maintainability performance and simplicity.
- Work closely with architects to uphold development standards across the platform.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement using Agile DevOps and Software Craftsmanship principles (CI/CD TDD BDD DDD).
- Ensure platform stability and respond swiftly to incidents with clear communication and remediation planning.
- Oversee key production KPIs manage changes smoothly and support audits or regulatory queries as needed.
- Own and evolve the platform to support growing and changing business requirements.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Finance or a related discipline.
- 7 years of experience in IT delivery roles within capital markets or similar highstakes environments.
- Proven experience managing crossfunctional Agile teams and overseeing productioncritical systems.
- Strong leadership communication and mentoring abilities.
- Fluent in English and Frenchable to support both Anglophone and Francophone stakeholders.
- Skilled in navigating conflict influencing decisions and building consensus across technical and business teams.
- Solid understanding of capital markets ideally with exposure to linear or rates products.
- Familiarity with technologies such as C# APIs Cloud infrastructure and AI integration.
- Strong grasp of modern software development practices including DevOps automated testing and secure delivery pipelines.
