Inviting applications for the role of Connected Production Platform Deployment Specialist Manager English Hybrid Krakow

Responsibilities

Implement the Connected Production platforms across clients production sites ensuring seamless integration with SAP and existing operational systems.

Work closely with brewery D&T functional and technical teams.

Support key and endusers by troubleshooting.

Train relevant stakeholders on Connected Production platforms usage and best practices.

Improve existing training materials and conduct workshops to drive adoption.

Act as the primary point of contact for operational teams regarding platformrelated deployment inquiries within agreed communication channels.

Collaborate with Global Digital Transformation Team D&T and Functional team to integrate Connected Brewery solutions (e.g. Parsable One2Improve) with SAP S4/HANA and other brewery systems.

Identify and implement process improvements using data from the insights from the platform.

Support on the testing process for Operating Companies.

Engage with Operating Companies Global Functions Brewery Teams and Program Management to align platform deployment with business objectives.

Provide feedback on system enhancements to improve user experience and operational impact.

Ensure alignment with other global digital initiatives such as Connected Brewery.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Fluent command of English in business environment.

Minimum years experience in the food and beverage industry.

Operational experience in a brewery shop floor environment (Production Packaging or Brewing).

Experience working with SAP implementations.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with digital worker solutions (e.g. Parsable SwipeGuide One2Improve).

Strong training and coaching skills with the ability to drive adoption of new technologies.

Ability to interact with crossfunctional stakeholders at afferent levels.

Strong problemsolving skills with a handson approach to deployment challenges.

Developed communication skills.

Efficient time management skills.
