Lead all HR functions for our clients over the entire HR lifecycle including Talent Acquisition Payroll Employee Engagement and Grievance Redressal HR Policies Insurance Exits and compliance.
Monitor market trends & advise client on best practices for compensation performance management promotions and employee retention.
Create a talent acquisition strategy. Execute it using innovative hiring practices build a talent pipeline. Continue to monitor market trends and bring suggestions to continually improve how things are done.
Organize recruiting events attend various networking events and represent the company at HR related events. Networking is a key skill for this role.
Manage all open positions ensuring that we hire high quality candidates and offer them a great hiring experience.
Develop relationships with thirdparty recruitment agencies and manage the hiring process
Manage multiple overlapping projects to completion prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
Ensure POSH compliance for clients. Guide and support client for POSH policies and POSH incidence management.
Manage & support team for timely completion of all regular HR activities and compliance including payroll employee reimbursement liaise with different service providers insurance providers and ensure compliance with the Shops & Establishments Act.
710 years of HR expertise
Prior experience in recruitment would be highly preferred
MBA in HR from a recognized BSchool is preferred
Great communication and networking skills
You are keen to learn and grow
You understand HR and have the ability to build rapport with anyone
You can sell the clients story and bring great quality candidates onboard
You are passionate about providing our candidates with great hiring experience
You have organized events and can plan and execute recruitment drives for fresher/ lateral hiring
You understand the employee lifecycle including payroll
You are up to date on market trends for HR policies compensation performance management promotions employee retention
You are well versed in employment law including POSH Shops & Establishments Act.
