Roles & Responsibilities :
Will be responsible for inprocess quality control during factory manufacturing process and installation process at site with good communication with manufacturing and quality control team.
Will do incoming inspection after receiving parts and units from vendor do incoming inspection subject items are purchase parts machining parts assembled unit and etc.
Make statistics of incoming inspection items make statistics of number of inspection items and defect ratio based on each vendor.
Instruct vendor based on statistics result of incoming inspection instruct vendor as necessary.
Support ISO and audits: if any incoming inspection contents in ISO 9001 audit and etc Incoming inspection team will support and set up Incoming inspection work: if find unestablished incoming inspection work need to set up such as making workflow work procedure etc.
Ensure no product is delivered with open nonconformance. To perform inprocess Quality checks as derived in Quality checklists for stages like Core CoreCoil assembly VPD Retightening Tanking Vacuuming & oil filling Final Testing Dismantling & Transport.
Raise nonconformance observed during inprocess stages. Coordinate with responsible department for Root cause & CAPA.
Arrange periodic NCR review meeting with inter departments. Certified Internal auditor for ISO9001:2015 to support related Quality Management System.
Responsible to define Manufacturing Quality Plans (MQP) based on contracts & relevant standards. Coordinate the stage inspections of Core assembly CCA (Active part) with customer & prepare the relevant report for the clearance.
Follow up of NCRs & Coordinate Root Cause Analysis (8D etc.) and define the action related team which come from internal audits customer audits during manufacturing inspections.
Required Qualification & Experience :
BE / Diploma Electrical / Mechanical with min 512 years of experience in Inprocess Quality in Transformer Industry
