Location: Penn Yan NY (Beautiful Finger Lakes Region)
Employment Type: FullTime Direct Hire Day or Evening Shifts OnCall Rotation Required
Compensation:
LMSW: $36.20 $40.49/hour
LCSW: $31.55 $42.52/hour

We are seeking a compassionate licensed Clinical Social Worker (LMSW or LCSW) to provide therapeutic services to clients ages 5 and up in a supportive and collaborative outpatient setting. What Youll Do
As a Clinical Therapist you will:
Provide individual and group therapy for patients experiencing mental health and behavioral challenges.
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
Establish and maintain a safe supportive and therapeutic environment for healing and recovery.
Document all services in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment planning.
Participate in an oncall rotation to provide mental health crisis evaluations in emergency departments.
Qualifications
Education:
Required: Masters Degree in Social Work Mental Health Counseling Psychology Art Therapy or Nursing.
Preferred: PhD in a related field.
Licensure & Certification:
Required: Active LMSW LCSW or other NYS licensure (e.g. LMHC RN CAT) eligible to practice independently.
Valid NYS drivers license in good standing.
Required: BLS certification (via RQI system during orientation).
Required: CPI certification within 90 days of hire.
Experience:
Required: Minimum 1 year working in a mental health or hospital setting.
Preferred: 3 years in outpatient behavioral health.
