Position: Business Analyst Digital Transformation
Location: Saudi Arabia Fulltime Onsite
Company: Aramco Global Energy Innovator
Youll play a key role in shaping digital solutions by defining business requirements supporting solution design and aligning user needs with technological capabilities to drive innovation in downstream operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and document business requirements for downstream digital solutions.
Contribute to ideation design sprints and user interviews to shape product features.
Support the product owner in defining user stories functionalities and acceptance criteria.
Benchmark industry best practices and identify synergies across digital initiatives.
Act as part of the PMO and support strategic steering of digital projects.
Translate business needs into actionable and welldocumented software requirements.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
2. 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas downstream sector with at least 10 years in digital solution development.
3. Strong experience in gathering and defining requirements writing user stories and facilitating usercentric design processes.
4. Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital transformation frameworks.
