Overview
The MBBS RMO (Resident Medical Officer) position in Ludhiana Punjab serves as a critical role within our healthcare team ensuring the delivery of highquality medical services to patients in a hospital setting. The RMO will work closely with senior doctors nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care. Key Responsibilities
- Provide initial clinical assessment and diagnosis of patients.
- Administer first aid and emergency care as needed.
- Assist in surgeries and medical procedures while under supervision.
- Manage and monitor patients during their hospital stay.
- Collaborate with specialists to develop treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment options.
- Supervise junior medical staff and interns.
- Participate in regular hospital rounds to evaluate patient progression.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and protocols.
- Conduct followup consultations for discharged patients.
- Coordinate with nursing staff for smooth patient care delivery.
- Participate in continuous medical education programs.
- Address patient concerns and complaints promptly.
- Stay updated on the latest medical practices and technologies.
Required Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical college.
- Registered with the Medical Council of India.
- Minimum of 1year experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and treatment protocols.
- Capability to work in highpressure environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in using medical software and electronic health records.
- Ability to work in a teamoriented environment.
- Demonstrated problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
- Commitment to patientcentered care.
- Willingness to work irregular hours and weekends as needed.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Understanding of healthcare laws and ethics.

- Fluency in local languages (Punjabi/Hindi) is an advantage.
