Laminator Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining lamination equipment to create laminated products according to specifications. They also ensure product quality perform basic maintenance and adhere to safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating Lamination Equipment: Setting up operating and monitoring lamination machines to produce finished products.
Quality Control: Ensuring laminated products meet quality standards and identifying/reporting defects.
Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance troubleshooting problems and making minor repairs on equipment.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of production data.
Safety: Following all safety guidelines and protocols.
Communication: Working collaboratively with the production team and reporting defects or quality issues.
Adhesive Handling: Checking selecting and mixing appropriate adhesives.
Process Understanding: Reading and interpreting job tickets specifications and operating procedures.
Material Handling: Loading and unloading materials and ensuring proper storage.
