You ll be the primary onsite IT expert for a corporate client in Bangkok specializing in:
- Lenovo device support (ThinkPads desktops peripherals)
- Windows 11 enterprise environment management
- Enduser computing (EUC) with 4hr SLA resolution
Key Impact:
- Ensure seamless IT operations for 300 users
- Direct collaboration with global IT teams
- Pathway to SysAdmin/Cloud Engineer roles
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Lenovo hardware (BIOS drivers diagnostics)
- Resolve Windows 11 Azure AD and M365 issues
- Manage enterprise networking (VPN printers WiFi)
- Document solutions in ServiceNow
- Provide whiteglove onsite support (MonFri 9AM6PM)
Requirements
- 2 years Lenovospecific desktop support
- Expertise in Windows OS & Active Directory
- Professional English Thai (written/spoken)
Preferred:
- Certifications: Lenovo Professional ITIL CompTIA A
- Experience with JIRA/ServiceNow
