Job Summary
As a Client Success Partner you will serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients overseeing their journey from onboarding through daily operations and ongoing account management. Your role is to ensure a smooth engaging client experience proactively address needs and build lasting relationships. You will work closely with internal departments to deliver exceptional service drive client satisfaction and support growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Journey Ownership: Manage the full client lifecycle from initial onboarding to daily operations and longterm success.
- Onboarding Coordination: Lead onboarding efforts including client orientation staff induction and coordination across Recruitment IT HR and Operations.
- Client Engagement: Conduct regular checkins gather feedback and facilitate performance reviews to strengthen client relationships.
- Issue Management: Proactively handle concerns and escalations ensuring quick resolution and client satisfaction.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Align with internal teams to ensure client requirements and service delivery expectations are met.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records onboarding progress performance metrics and client communications.
- Retention & Growth: Drive client retention through excellent service and identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services.
- Continuous Improvement: Collect and analyze client feedback to optimize internal processes and improve service delivery.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in client success onboarding or account management (BPO/offshoring or global support experience preferred).
- Excellent communication interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Strong multitasking and project coordination capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage client expectations and resolve issues professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Communications or related field (preferred).
- Experience supporting clients in the AU market is a strong advantage.
