Funnel Building & Lead Capture
- Design launch and continuously manage landing pages and funnels using Go High Level and ClickFunnelsstyle frameworks.
- Integrate AI chatbots video content and calendly to drive conversions and deliver an interactive user experience.
- Build agentspecific landing pages to target buyers and sellers.
Automation & CRM Integration
- Use Zapier if necessary to create smart automations and ensure leads are properly routed between Go High Level Lofty BrokerKit and other platforms.
- Set up systems that automatically capture and tag leads ensure followup and assign them to relevant campaigns.
- Automate weekly lead reports performance dashboards and data syncing to avoid any lead leakage.
Copywriting & Content Development
- Write and develop emails SMS sequences social media posts brochures listing presentations and recruitment marketing campaigns. (Templates provided but will need fine tunning to make it more dynamic and engaging.
- Present drafts for review then refine based on feedback from the Broker/Owner.
- Ensure all messaging aligns with brand voice and optimizes engagement.
- Manage company and agent social media accounts across platforms by planning and scheduling monthly content calendars with platformspecific strategies.
Paid Ads (media buying) & SEO
- Plan run and analyze paid ad campaigns on Facebook Google Instagram and YouTube.
- Optimize landing pages and funnels for SEO to increase organic traffic.
- Track conversion data CTR CPL and make realtime adjustments to boost performance.
CRM Management & Communication
- Manage BrokerKit Recruiting CRM and ensure proper segmentation nurture flows and followups.
- Collaborate with broker owner to refine lead journeys from optin to appointment.
- Build campaigns that convert cold leads into booked calls / meetings with the Broker.
Branding & Design
- Create branded assets including brochures social posts listing presentations and email templates using Canva or adobe etc.
- Maintain visual consistency and modern aesthetic appeal across all platforms.
Requirements
- Fluent in English with strong grammar and persuasive copywriting skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Go High Level Zapier and CRM integrations.
- Experience with Lofty CRM (Formerly Chime) and lead management workflows is a strong plus.
- Skilled in automation funnel building and lead routing logic.
- Knowledge of paid ad strategy SEO basics and conversion tracking.
- Strong design sense and ability to selfmanage projects from start to finish.
- Techsavvy proactive resultsdriven and responsive to feedback.
- This position is not client facing but will need strong copy writing and design skills.
