Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forwardthinking construction company at a pivotal moment in its growth journey. As the Construction Business Administrator & Bookkeeper you ll be instrumental in managing financial operations through cuttingedge digital platforms. You ll work directly with the owner to streamline payment processes maintain financial accuracy and support the company s expansion. This role offers the perfect blend of traditional bookkeeping expertise and modern construction technology with the potential to grow your hours and responsibilities as the business expands.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage subcontractor payments through advanced construction management software
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in QuickBooks
  • Review and process payment approvals according to established protocols
  • Update and maintain digital templates and pricing information
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely processing of approved invoices
  • Assist in streamlining administrative processes within the construction management platform
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed


Requirements


  • Proven experience with QuickBooks and financial management software
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience with construction management software preferred
  • Understanding of construction industry payment processes a plus
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
  • Commitment to professional growth and learning new systems
