You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe HR & Admin Intern will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources and Administration departments. This role is ideal for a young professional seeking handson experience in core HR and office administration functions within a dynamic work environment.
Assist with job postings application screening and interview scheduling.
Support onboarding processes and maintain new hire documentation.
Help maintain HR databases and employee records accurately.
Participate in organizing internal training engagement events and performance reviews.
Track attendance leave records and assist with basic payroll data collation.
Maintain and organize both electronic and hardcopy filing systems.
Assist in the preparation of HR letters memos and other documents
Support inventory and office supply tracking and restocking
Handle basic correspondence and employee relations
Assist with logistics for meetings trainings and office activities.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR forms contracts and reports.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
Attend team meetings take minutes and follow up on action items.
Provide general administrative support across the HR/Admin team.
Carry out other duties assigned by the HR/Admin Officer or Manager.
