Job Description
Purpose: This position helps make gospel teachings resources or services accessible to all in a simple and affordable way supporting the mission of the Church.
The purpose of this position is to provide frontline supervision for employees and to coordinate the activities of the division. This position determines work procedures prepares work schedules and expedites workflow. They issue written and oral instructions regarding division operations and machine functions and procedures. The supervisor oversees 1025 employees assigns their duties and examines the work for exactness neatness and conformance to established policies and procedures. Ensures that the employees equipment and machinery are used efficiently and effectively. Involved in disciplinary actions with employees and interviews withcandidates for employment positions and advancement into other positions within the division. The supervisor reports to their respectivemanager.
Responsibilities

- 65% Supervise organize and leadassociatesin thewarehouseareas of the Printing Division. Supervise and maintain an efficientworkflow in thewarehouseareas (shipping receiving production WIP).Review andapprovedaily timeregistrationsof warehouse associates Schedules employee work load and ensures assigned functions are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure inventory levels are updated and reconciled monthly. Leads cycle count team and validates offsite warehouse inventory levels.

- Attend various production planning ESS leadership meetings and others.
- 10%
- Write and manage SOPs for warehouse area and submits work orders as neededfor equipment repair (Doors lifts etc.). Close out allreceivedoutside vendor jobs in D365 using RAF procedure.

- Assist in ordering supplies and parts for machinery/liftsinthe warehousearea.
- 5%
- Troubleshooting with scheduling teamand production supervisorswhen problems or conflicts occur.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a warehouse operation and/or a combination of education with a business background. Experience should be as an operator or a supervisor in a warehouse environment. Minimum 2 years experience operating a forklift or similar machinery.
- Preferred2 years experience in a printing facility environment.
- Preferred one or more of the following: Certified Logistics Associates (CLA) Certified Logistics Technician (CLT) Warehouse Logistics Professional (CWLP) Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or OSHA Safety Certification.
- Proficient computer skillsin Microsoft D365Word Excel Power Point and Power BI.
- Ability to follow through with projects and assignments.

- Ability to regularly seek feedback from peers and supervisors to identify areas for improvement.

- Superior oral and written communication skills.
