Job Summary
Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems specializing in the design manufacture and installation of custom closets home office cabinetry wallbeds garage cabinetry media centers and more. At Closets by Design of the First Coast Jacksonville we pride ourselves on delivering a bestinclass customer experiencestarting with a highperforming sales team.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to support the success of our inhome design consultants. This is an inside leadership position focused on training mentoring and developing a team of sales professionals. The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that sales goals are met while upholding the companys values and customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Team Leadership Lead train and coach inhome design consultants to meet individual performance goals
- Recruitment & Onboarding Interview hire and work with HR to onboard new design staff
- Training & Development Deliver oneonone and group training aligned with our proven sales model
- Performance Monitoring Track key sales metrics generate reports and implement strategies for improvement
- Team Collaboration Partner with leadership and sales team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience with a track record of performance
- Prior team leadership coaching or management experience preferred
- Strong communication organization and interpersonal skills
- Selfstarter with a positive attitude and goaloriented mindset
- Experience in retail sales inhome sales or customerfacing roles a strong advantage
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel PowerPoint experience a plus
