Our Early Childhood program is designed to inspire and guide children in their early years of education and we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Teacher.

Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education a strong understanding of child development and the ability to create a positive and engaging classroom environment for young learners. As an Early Childhood teacher you will be responsible for implementing lesson plans managing classroom activities and ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a classroom of early childhood students creating a safe inclusive and engaging environment.
  • Implement and adapt lesson plans based on the curriculum provided ensuring that educational activities are ageappropriate and promote development in all areas.
  • Support the socialemotional cognitive and physical development of each child through individualized attention and group activities.
  • Monitor students progress and provide feedback to parents caregivers and school leadership.
  • Maintain clear communication with parents guardians and staff regarding student behavior progress and any concerns.
  • Follow school policies and procedures including health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with other teachers staff and administrators to ensure a cohesive and supportive school community.
  • Maintain a positive classroom culture that fosters respect responsibility and a love of learning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education Elementary Education or a related field (preferred).
  • Valid teaching certification in Early Childhood Education (or eligibility for certification as required by state).
  • Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education best practices.
  • Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans and activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families.
