Job Description
Our Mocap Team is expanding and were on the lookout for a versatile candidate to join us as a Junior Motion Capture Specialist! In this role youll delve into animation programming audio video and even a touch of carpentry. As part of our team youll contribute to preparing animations for all CD Projekt RED projects. Your Responsibilities
- Participate in all stages of mocap recording.
- Postprocess mocap data including solving retargeting and tracking.
- Collaborate with internal clients to organize mocap shoots.
- Maintain and monitor mocap studio hardware.
- Actively contribute to improving CD Projekts motion capture pipeline.
Qualifications :
- At least 1 year of experience working with actors on set.
- Ability to work with at least one motion capture software: Shogun Blade or Motive.
- Ability to work in Autodesk MotionBuilder.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Willingness and motivation to learn programming.
- Organized and timeefficient approach to tasks.
- Fluent in English.
- Genuine interest in motion capture technology and innovation.
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion capture recordings.
- Python scripting skills.
- Familiarity with game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity.

Working mode
OfficeFirst: working primarily from the Warsaw office.
