Job Description
Grand Technology is seeking a highly creative and skilled Senior Motion & Graphic Designer to join our team in Cairo Egypt. This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing company. As a Senior Motion & Graphic Designer you will be responsible for creating visually compelling motion graphics and designs for a variety of media including video social media and marketing materials. You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency and deliver high-quality creative assets.
Responsibilities:
* Conceptualise design and execute high-quality motion graphics for various platforms.
* Create visually engaging designs for social media marketing campaigns and other digital channels.
* Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all materials.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective creative solutions.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
* Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers (if applicable).
* Ensure all designs are optimised for various screen sizes and devices.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Motion Design or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Senior Motion & Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work.
* Expertise in industry-standard design software including Adobe After Effects Premiere Pro Photoshop and Illustrator.
* Strong understanding of design principles typography colour theory and composition.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality work.
