We are looking for a Lead Commercial Strategy and Performance to join our growing business!
Responsibilities
1. Performance Management & Data Analytics: This role is critical in driving commercial success through datainformed decisionmaking. Youll leverage performance analytics to uncover trends identify gaps and support teams in meeting their targets.
- Monitor national and teamlevel KPIs using data analysis to identify gaps and opportunities
- Aid in the development of dashboards lead lists and performance reports to enable commercial teams to achieve their goals
- Finalize and validate monthly KPI achievements in coordination with HR and Finance for incentives and reporting
2. CrossFunctional & Regional Alignment: Acting as a bridge between local and regional teams you will ensure that execution aligns with broader commercial strategies. This involves crossfunctional collaboration and leading the implementation of new initiatives.
- Coordinate with regional counterparts to align local activities with overarching commercial strategies and targets
- Cascade updates enforce interdepartmental guidelines and lead the rollout of new regional projects and product developments
- Collaborate with Marketing Product and Growth teams to support campaign execution and productrelated initiatives
3. Revenue Operations & Reporting: Accurate reporting and streamlined revenue operations are key to organizational transparency and performance tracking. Youll ensure the integrity of revenue data and support strategic reporting needs.
- Oversee accurate reporting and billing for noncommission revenues and vendorfunded discounts working closely with Finance
- Serve as a subject matter expert on ad and vendorfunded products providing support for ad hoc requests and manual billing processes
- Prepare reports for performance reviews executive meetings and companywide town halls
Qualifications :
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in roles such as strategy consulting data analytics business development or other relevant functions
- A bachelors degree in Marketing Business Economics Engineering or a similar field
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to simplify complex ambiguous challenges and turn data into practical recommendations
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and contributing across different functional areasespecially in fastevolving environments
- Proactive and entrepreneurial with a bias toward action and a willingness to dive into the details
- Brings a collaborative mindset and communicates clearly across a range of stakeholders and teams
- High attention to detail and a critical eye for improving processes and systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is required for data handling and reporting; familiarity with basic SQL is a plus for deeper analysis
