Job Description
Shape the future of Scalables new fully vertically integrated investment platform. Scalables Broker digital Wealth Management and Credit offerings are seamlessly integrated into a newly developed technology platform.
As a Frontend Engineer you will be a key member of one of our product teams responsible for designing and building powerful intuitive UIs that support critical backoffice processes from transaction monitoring to corporate action workflows and operational dashboards. Our frontend stack is built on React and TypeScript with strong foundations in component reuse design systems and testable architecture.
While these applications arent customerfacing they are essential to delivering highquality service to our clients. Youll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand complex workflows and translate them into wellstructured maintainable user interfaces.
This role is a great fit if you care about clean UX even in utilitydriven environments enjoy working closely with backend and platform engineers and want to make a direct impact on the scalability and efficiency of a fastgrowing fintech company.
- You work with cuttingedge technologies and participate in modern software development practices (e.g. agile and selfmanaged teams continuous integration and deployment test automation cloudbased infrastructure and tooling).
- Engage with our cloudnative DevOpsenabled infrastructure utilizing AWS services like ECS Fargate and Lambda.
- You write clean testable maintainable and welldocumented code and treat security as a firstclass citizen
- You bring products to production and reveal real business value
- You can improve engineering excellence in the team
Qualifications :
- A university degree in a relevant field of study (e.g. computer science engineering) or a comparable qualification
- 3 years of frontend experience in technologies like Typescript React NextJs Cypress WebPack Material Design Express HTML5 CSS3
- A strong passion for outstanding UI/UX web performance and accessibility
- Ability to think outside the box and to work independently
- Analytical proficiency both in the technical and in the product domain
- Excellent communication skills that are clear concise and targeted towards your audience engineering product or other stakeholders
- Practical experience in AWS or another cloud provider
- Professional proficiency in English
