As a Recruitment Specialist at FLINT you will take the lead in attracting toptier corporate talent across departments such as Finance Marketing Environment and Operations. In this fulltime inoffice position you will design and execute innovative recruitment strategies and play a key role in strengthening FLINTs reputation as an employer of choice. This is a 6month temporary opportunity ideal for a handson professional who can move quickly deliver results and thrive in a competitive talent market.
What would you be doing
- Create compelling job postings and proactively source potential candidates utilizing various channels/methods headhunting job boards social media professional networks and industry events.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate skills and experience.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process including resume screening and conducting interviews facilitating background checks and offer stage process ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders including hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to fill these roles.
- Participate in job fairs campus recruiting events and other recruitment initiatives and build a strong talent network.

Qualifications :
- Five years experience with proven experience in fullcycle recruitment including resume screening interviewing and coordinating preemployment testing to ensure seamless hiring processes.
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills with candidates and internal stakeholders with a track record of recruiting across diverse disciplines including technical and skilled trades roles.
- Proficient in leveraging sourcing tools and platforms such as experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) focusing on data accuracy and consistent candidate engagement.
- Skilled in behaviorbased interviewing across multiple formats including inperson phone and video ensuring a thorough and consistent evaluation process.
- Highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities and requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong commitment to delivering a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage.
