Job Description
Altitude Trampoline Park Franklin MA is looking for energetic individuals with a passion for guest experience to join our management team! Our managers are tasked with maintaining a safe and fun environment for all Altitude Trampoline Park employees and jumpers!
What You Need
Ability to effectively lead and manage a team
Willingness to be hands on and help with any and all duties in the park
Passion for customer orientation and going the extra mile to make customers happy
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable with technology. Ability to learn and use a pointofsale system
Availability to work a combination of weekdays nights and weekends. Weekend availability is required
Ability to work 2035 hours a week
Reliable transportation to and from work
Prior management experience preferred. Willing to train the right candidate
A Typical Day
Provide courteous customer experience when responding to customers questions complaints or requests
Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional manner
Establish and maintain a clean and safe environment for patrons and staff in and around jumping surfaces foam pits and other activity areas
Complete opening and closing duties such as safety audits cash deposits and other managerial checklists
Fill in as a cashier court monitor party host etc. as needed
Remain alert and use all senses while supervising employees and park guests
Work as a team with other management team members
Supervise employees to ensure positive experience for all customers and thorough and timely completion of all necessary tasks
Use good judgement to solve problems as they arise
Perform any other services or duties as required by management
