Summary
The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) serves as the primary business contact for strategic sponsored partners within the merchant acquiring division. Responsible for building solidifying and enhancing client relationships to ensure maximum profitability and growth; the SAM is expected to identify opportunities as well as to communicate and advocate client SAM will maintain and track client profitability with regards to goal attainment program sales and contract renewals while being able to communicate trends of the SAM must have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all levels of management within an organization.
This role encompasses more than just maintaining relationships; it involves actively contributing to the companys growth and success.
