Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Data Analyst to join our team in Nieuwegein Netherlands. As a Data Analyst you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business information and technology helping our organisation make datadriven decisions.
- Identify organisational needs and translate them into effective information solutions
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders to gather and analyse data requirements
- Create validated requirements and specifications with appropriate quality and depth
- Prioritise tasks in collaboration with business teams and act as a point of contact for contentrelated queries
- Develop and maintain databases data systems and data analytics platforms
- Analyse complex data sets using statistical methods and create comprehensive reports
- Design and develop data visualisations to communicate insights clearly
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement datadriven solutions
- Ensure data accuracy completeness and consistency across systems
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics
Qualifications :
- BSc or MSc education in IT or a related field
- Minimum of 2.5 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
- Proficiency in data analysis data design and data modelling techniques
- Strong knowledge of relational algebra and database structures
- Excellent analytical thinking and problemsolving skills
- Proven experience with SQL; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools
- Practical experience in developing and maintaining data systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Fluency in Dutch (required) and English
- Experience with machine learning techniques is desirable
- Detailoriented with a customerfocused approach
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Goaloriented mindset with a passion for driving datainformed decisions

What we offer:
- A permanent contract and a gross monthly salary between 3000 and 6000 (based on a 40hour workweek) depending on your experience and role;
