Job Description
Working with data collected from market research surveys to provide a variety of output reports using software products such as Quantum SPSS.
Good sense of data presentation. Working knowledge to use various data formats (ASCII SPSS Excel etc.)
Processing formatting and presenting the data in accordance with global GfK quality standards.
Prioritize structure and deliver data processing (data validation & data table production quality checking and workflow communication) of medium to high complexity project individually.
Execute daytoday operations and tasks.
Prioritize and distribute projects / tasks within the team.
Propose optimizations and efficient solutions.
Take decisions related to project delivery in case of any ambiguous situation.
Contribute to different internal / external initiatives related to operations process training framework reporting KPIs etc.
Key Activities
Review and process all materials provided by the client.
Proactively discuss with the client all detail related to input materials and their needs.
Propose and discuss potential solutions based on client needs. Implement newly proposed solutions for the project.
Participate in project set up meetings and guide Project Management and CSG regarding the technical aspects of deliverables with best solution.
Develop reports spreadsheets based on analysis of data from multiple sources.
Calculate advanced statistical metrics and modeling as required by CSG.
Analyse various types of data in order to deliver tables.
Perform and responsible for quality assurance.
Collaborate with other teams to solve any problems encountered during data delivery phase.
Deliver accordingly to project timelines.
Work closely with various teams for improvement automation and standardization of the Data management processes.
Focus on improving the quality management system.
Actively involved in testing the newly developed software and tools and takes the necessary steps for implementing them once they are approved.
Train and provide support to colleagues in data processing for using software / tools. Instruct and supervise junior colleagues.
Proactively seeks to gain and share knowledge
Skills and knowledge required
Working knowledge of Quantum Mandatory.
Good to have knowledge of other Data processing programming languages and software (e.g. SPSS Python R Language).
Advanced knowledge in MS Office VBA Macro preferred.
Market Research background is preferred.
English B2 written and spoken.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Teamplayer who can also work independently.
Professional experience: At least 1 years of (similar) experience
