Job Description
Position: Senior SEO Specialist
Work Hours (Client): 9:00 am - 5:00 pm CST
Location of Search: Latam
The client is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior SEO Manager to lead their organic growth initiatives in a highly competitive local legal market (San Antonio TX). This role is ideal for someone who thrives on results understands both the technical and creative sides of SEO and can work collaboratively with a content-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy (on-page off-page technical) tailored to the personal injury law space
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to drive content targeting
- Optimize website architecture crawlability and load speed
- Manage backlink outreach and acquisition campaigns
- Track performance via GA4 UTM codes and other analytics tools
- Collaborate with copy editors designers and developers to implement SEO best practices
- Provide regular reporting with actionable insights
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in SEO ideally with agency or multi-client experience
- Deep understanding of SEO tools: SEMrush Ahrefs Screaming Frog Google Search Console GA4
- Strong grasp of conversion tracking and UTM tagging
- Experience leading content or backlink campaigns
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced results-driven environment
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Local SEO including Google Business Profiles
- Personal injury/legal SEO
- Familiarity with WordPress and schema markup
- AI tools like SurferSEO Page Optimizer Pro NEURONwriter Clearscope ChatGPT Claude and Gemini for content ideation/optimization
