Job Description
We seek a strategic leader with broad strategic expertise in enterprise architecture ERP CRM automation (including AI) data integration and business architecture. You will be instrumental in shaping scalable futureready solutions that power Endavas next phase of growth.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Define and drive enterprise architecture strategies that align with Endavas growth ambitions and business goals.
- Analyse business models market trends and emerging technologies to shape futurestate architecture and investment roadmaps.
- Lead the creation of technologyenabled business models ensuring they deliver measurable business value.
- Establish and oversee execution roadmaps connecting strategy to delivery.
Business Architecture & Value Streams
- Develop and maintain a business architecture framework ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Identify and optimise value streams ensuring technology investments drive maximum business impact.
- Partner with business leaders to assess organisational readiness for transformation and structure business change initiatives.
- Align business capabilities processes and technology to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
Architecture Leadership & Governance
- Lead and scale a worldclass enterprise architecture function that supports Endavas longterm strategy.
- Define and implement architecture frameworks standards and governance models to guide technology decisions.
- Provide executivelevel oversight for architecture governance ensuring compliance with regulatory security and business requirements.
- Foster collaboration between business IT and external partners to ensure consistent and scalable enterprisewide architecture.
Executive Engagement & Business Influence
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior business and technology leaders driving alignment between IT and corporate strategy.
- Communicate complex architectural concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Shape the enterprise architecture service portfolio delivering tangible business value in an agile and timeboxed manner.
Innovation & Emerging Technologies
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies AI automation and digital trends positioning Endava to stay ahead of the curve.
- Provide strategic guidance on AI and automation adoption ensuring it enhances operational efficiency and innovation.
- Lead proofofconcept initiatives and pilot projects translating cuttingedge technology into scalable solutions.
Portfolio Planning & Delivery
- Partner with product and delivery teams to ensure seamless alignment between architecture and execution.
- Develop gap analyses and roadmaps bridging currentstate and futurestate capabilities.
- Oversee the architecture of major programmes and transformation initiatives ensuring they contribute to longterm business success.
System Integration & EnterpriseWide Scalability
- Shape and oversee enterprisewide integration strategies ensuring seamless interoperability across ERP CRM HCM and data platforms.
- Align architectural decisions across value streams to optimise business and technology efficiency.
- Drive enterprise automation initiatives leveraging AI data and integration strategies to improve business processes.
Qualifications :
Skills & Experience Needed
- Executivelevel communication and influence able to engage with Csuite stakeholders and drive strategic decisions.
- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture business architecture and strategic technology leadership.
- Deep expertise in system integration ERP CRM HCM automation (AI) data platforms and cloud technologies.
- Proven ability to analyse business models and translate them into actionable architecture roadmaps.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise frameworks (TOGAF Scaled Agile etc.) and digital transformation methodologies.
- Experience driving enterprise automation and AI adoption across complex organisations.
- A collaborative leader able to build relationships influence senior stakeholders and drive crossfunctional engagement.
