Our IT Business Application Management team plays a crucial role in supporting our business processes and ensuring smooth information flow.
- Operational Support E2E between Hugo Boss and connected partners
- Solve tickets from HUGO BOSS Service Management tool
- Identify analyse and resolve technical issues in the EDI area
- Define and create global template for EDI integration
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize EDI processes
- Train and support users on EDI topics

- Degree in Computer Science Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
- Experience in EDI with expertise in the SAP environment
- Understanding of IDOCtypes to exchange sales orders (ORDERS) order response (ORDRSP) dispatch advise (DESADV) invoicing (INVOIC) sales report (SLSRPT) inventory report (INVRPT) and PRICAT is beneficial
- Strong technical and process understanding of SAP
- Independent and handson mentality.
- Familiarity with Service Management tools and incident management.
- Team player with assertiveness and a serviceoriented mindset
- Great communication skills in English both spoken and written
