Job Description
Were looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our Solution Implementation Services Team for the EMEA region planning and managing successful implementation projects for our rapidlygrowing customer base. The role will be responsible for planning solution deliveries to global customers together with the Team Lead and Subject Matter Experts. As the IT Project Manager you will be responsible for breaking down the deliveries into structured work packages and timelines including planning necessary onsite travel and aligning the plans with customers and your team. Further you will be responsible for the successful project execution closure and handover to our support team.
Responsibilities
Planning the delivery of customer initiatives incl. estimates for professional service efforts and cost
Single point of contact and driving force for communication with customers and stakeholders
Generating work breakdown structures and timelines and align them with the Team Lead and the customer (incl. onsite operations and travel if needed)
Managing the main execution phases of solution implementation projects (Discovery/Initialization Solution Design Implementation Commissioning SIT UAT Handover to customer and support/Closure)
Being accountable for the timelines costs and quality
Managing the handover of customer initiatives to the Avery Dennison support team
Working closely with our Product Owners and Engineering teams for the development of new features and functionalities if applicable
Qualifications :
Experience in technical consulting and system integration project management for enterprise and SME accounts; customerfacing experience is a must
At least 5 years of industry experience in delivering multifaceted solutions and driving successful global rollouts
Ability to work across different cultures time zones and industries
Willingness to travel (2030%) mainly but not limited to countries in the EMEA region
Strong background knowledge in general IT infrastructure and experience in SW deployment projects is preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Proactive observation of risks and handling of any upcoming issues or blockers during project execution
Passionate commitment to quality and success
Able to relate technical concepts to customers of all technical backgrounds
Comfortable working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
