Park Operations & Maintenance Manager
Location: Bristol Mountain Aerial Adventures
Compensation: $22$28 per hour based on experience
Position Type: FullTime Seasonal (AprilNovember) with potential offseason opportunities

Do you thrive in the outdoors love working with people and enjoy the satisfaction of fixing and building things Bristol Mountain Aerial Adventures is seeking an enthusiastic handson Park Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead daily operations perform maintenance on our adventure park courses and deliver training that keeps our staff confident and our guests safe.
This is not a desk jobits a dynamic physical and fun leadership role in a oneofakind environment. Youll oversee an amazing team get your hands dirty maintaining ropes courses and zip lines and play a critical role in shaping the experience for guests of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow ACCT and NYSDOL standards and regulations
- Supervise daily operations of the Aerial Adventure Park Zipline Canopy Tour Kids Adventure Park Mobile Park Climbing Wall and The Launch
- Hire train and lead seasonal staff with a focus on safety professionalism and FUN
- Oversee daily inspections and perform maintenance on all attractions and equipment (harnesses trolleys helmets etc.)
- Lead and facilitate staff training sessions in operations safety rescue and guest engagement
- Assist with park construction and offseason maintenance projects
- Operate reservation systems and other park software tools
- Jump in as needed to support any park rolebe it harnessing guests guiding tours or working the welcome desk
- Foster a culture of positivity outdoor adventure and safety
What Were Looking For:
- 13 years of supervisory experience in an outdoor recreational or similar setting
- Carpentry/construction skills and comfort working at heights (up to 60 feet)
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to lead by example
- ACCT certification or prior adventure park experience
- High energy handson attitude and a love for the outdoors
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and pass a physical fitness test
- Comfortable standing outside in all weather conditions for long periods
- Must be or become certified in First Aid and CPR
- Techsavvy enough to operate reservation platforms and basic reporting
