Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee Hotel Zachary at Gallagher Way. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree or 4 years management experience in a full service hotel in rooms division or related discipline
Time management and negotiation skills
Ability to manage and lead each department in accordance with employment and Innkeeper laws of the jurisdiction
Prior cash handling experience necessary
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
Read write and speak English fluently
