As a Network Engineer
We are an easygoing unit of people who are passionate about voice technology services and customers. Our team of 15 engineers has different skills and backgrounds and we work together across 2G/4G/5G IMS Network Slicing Telco Cloud and beyond. We are looking for curious knowledgedriven individuals with some telco experience who are ready to grow into the next generation of telecom experts.
In this role you will work in an international and crosscountry setting collaborating closely with engineers architects developers and vendors. You will be part of a collaborative learningfocused team that values growth impact and continuous improvement.
Who Were Looking For
You will contribute to the configuration maintenance and troubleshooting of mobile voice core systems and participate in development and design of new services. You will collaborate with suppliers and other technical teams on fault analysis and solution delivery. Over time you will also contribute to automation agile practices and quality improvements. We offer full onboarding and support from experienced team members while also expecting you to grow into autonomy take initiative and shape our future. Oncall support rotation may be part of the role in later stages.
Were looking for someone whos eager to grow enjoys exploring new technologies and thrives in a collaborative environment. You might not tick every technical box yet but you bring a solid foundation and a desire to become an expert in Voice Core. You are customerfocused committed and ready to take longterm ownership of your role.
You likely have around 5 years of experience in telecom or a related field with a background in mobile networks system operations or cloud infrastructure. You are comfortable using scripting or automation to improve systems and youre motivated to learn more about virtualized and cloudnative network functions. You are familiar with agile ways of working and fluent in English (spoken and written). Most importantly you are someone who is driven humble and ready to grow.
