At the heart of our realtime bidding system are advanced Machine Learning solutions. Our 40strong ML Team actively develops and improves these solutions which has direct and immediate impact on the companys core business metrics.
Were looking for an enthusiastic person to join our engineering leadership team and take on the role of Technical Product Manager. This role is deeply embedded in our ML Team and has the potential of multiplicatively boosting its performance. If youre excited about shaping the vision and the development of the Machine Learning infrastructure tools models and workflows this role may be a great fit for you.
Requirements:
- Technical skills:
- At least 5 years experience in technologypowered products as either a technical product manager business analyst software developer data analyst or machine learning researcher
- Formal education in Computer Science Mathematics or a related field
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical details to various stakeholders
- Big plus: experience in Technical Product area
- Big plus: handson experience and solid understanding of Machine Learning techniques and concepts
- Additional plus: knowledge of ML technologies like PyTorch Tensorflow Keras (...)
- Additional plus: knowledge of cloudbased solutions like AWS Sagemaker and Google Vertex AI
- Soft skills:
- Ability to define clean versatile powerful technical abstractions
- Ability to problemsolve with many constraints assess risks and present wellstructured datainformed arguments.
- Strong analytical skills
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Strong project management skills with a focus on organization and a get things done attitude
As a Product Owner you will:
- Collaborate closely with our ML Research team to understand their workflows challenges painpoints
- Proactively identify ways of improving the ML Teams productivity
- Shape the vision and the roadmap of our Machine Learning Platform in order to multiply the effectiveness and impact of our ML Team.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design and develop highquality solutions
- Guide tradeoff discussions informed by technical constraints product strategy and business needs
- Coordinate implementation to ensure smooth execution and manage task handoffs
- Contribute to the documentation and communication of new functionalities to relevant teams within the company
