Job Description

Summary

The client is seeking an Office Admin for the Erie Street Plant. This role will involve managing department communications supporting Meter Measurement tasks and handling various administrative duties such as payroll processing data entry and purchase order preparation. The ideal candidate will be organized detailoriented and skilled in office software with a focus on supporting daily operations and coordinating external services.

Shift Timings 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM EST

Onsite role

Requirements

  1. Proficiency with office software (Google Maps Google Earth Workday Maximo).
  2. Basic computer skills and ability to create requisitions and manage time systems (e.g. timesheets sick time etc.).
  3. Experience with Excel and data entry.
  4. Strong organizational and notetaking skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  6. Previous administrative or office experience is preferred but not required.

    Responsibilities

    1. Manage department communications (incoming and outgoing).
    2. Maintain files process time payroll PTO and handle data entry.
    3. Prepare purchase orders receipts code invoices and track backorders.
    4. Support Meter Measurement tasks including purchases scheduling meter changes Maximo reports BPU reporting and meter maintenance.
    5. Handle gate station permitting utility billing and coordinate external services (landscaping security maintenance).
    6. Coordinate regulatory and emergency response training.
    7. Oversee equipment calibration and track calibration reports.
