Position Overview:

Chicago Fire Football Club is seeking a dedicated Corporate Partnerships Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for supporting the partnership marketing team in the execution and fulfillment of corporate partner agreements assisting with internal planning and implementation of matchday and nonmatchday assets. We are searching for an enthusiastic detailoriented and collaborative individual who is passionate about sports marketing and committed to delivering outstanding service. The Corporate Partnerships Assistant will report to the Account Manager Partnership Marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement and track assigned partner assets to ensure full contractual fulfillment
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the development and execution of activation strategies aligned with partnership goals
  • Assist in executing activation plans including activations events digital campaigns and community initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records in tracking systems to support effective reporting
  • Create and maintain detailed recaps proof of performance and case studies that highlight the execution and impact of partnership programs
  • Support yearend recap and renewal processes by compiling performance data and presentation support
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams (e.g. marketing creative operations ticketing) to ensure timely delivery of all partner obligations and understanding of new opportunities
  • Conduct research to support pitch and meeting briefs providing insights on prospective partners and relevant market trends
  • Stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies and competitor activities in sports marketing. Leverage insights to continuously enhance activation and sales strategies and stay ahead of the curve
  • Completion of other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working in a fastpaced or startup environment
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
  • Must display a strong work ethic and desire to build a career in professional sports
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work nontraditional hours in nontraditional settings including all home games (or other work events) that fall on nights weekends and/or holidays

Compensation:

  • This role offers an hourly rate of $19.00
  • This role is classified as parttime nonexempt
