Job Description

Customer Value Specialist Inside Sales for Key Accounts (Nordics)

To be prepared for this and to ensure that our expertise is aligned with our customer needs were now looking for a talented for a Customer Value Specialist supporting strategic key customers across the Nordic region.

Your challenge

In this role you will act as a trusted advisor and internal sales partner helping to drive value creation and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Foster longterm relationships with our most important customers by proactively supporting their operational activities and optimizing their overall experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the field sales team to execute customer development plans and support strategic growth.
  • Manage inquiries orders and complaints while ensuring that contractual conditions are respected and maintained.
  • Collect maintain and analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities for our products and services.
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs to detect potential gaps and initiate improvement projects as needed.
  • Promote crossselling and upselling opportunities by identifying customer needs and aligning them with our valueadded services.
  • Ensure high standards of data quality and actively contribute to sales meetings and customerfacing events.
  • Anticipate customer needs and proactively propose relevant solutions and initiatives.

Your character

  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset and business acumen with a structured and solutionoriented approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent organizational skills a strong sense of urgency and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (both written and spoken) this is essential to effectively support our Nordic customer base.
  • Proficiency in SAP/EBP Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Previous experience in Sales Operations Inside Sales or Business Development is highly desirable.
