Employee Assistance Programme
As an Internal Sales Specialist you will be the first point of contact for TD SYNNEXs customers portraying a professional and confident manner that delivers excellent customer satisfaction. You will build and maintain an active customer base and develop new sales opportunities to achieve the sales targets.
Build Excellent customer and vendor sales relationships
Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers
Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets
Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts
Develops partner relationship (incl. account planning crossselling etc.)
Generate and own a pipeline of deals
Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting
Ensure CRM system is well maintained and provides correct customer information
Effective Communication Skills
Excellent telephone manner
Good attention to detail
Priority management and planning skills
Strive to achieve set targets
Understands Sales Process
Good relationship building
