Position Summary: To coordinate and implement the HomeBased Program which generally includes recruitment training scheduling and supervision of HomeBased staff as well as processing and evaluating new referrals received from Required:Minimum of a Masters degree in special education or in a related field BCBA certificationAt least two years relevant experienceSuch alternatives to the above qualifications as the Executive Director may find appropriate and in conformity with state and federal Functions and Responsibilities:Coordinate and implement procedures for screening incoming intake process and provide written evaluations and with districts regarding the needs and services of students and consultation and support to ACCEPT as the liaison between ACCEPT and districts regarding homebased Team Meetings to report on HomeBased strategies to implement goals and address behavioral issues in the home and school as a liaison between school and home environments to ensure consistency and appropriate carryover of and review student progress and write and review progress homebased incoming goals and objectives regarding educational/behavioral hire and train HomeBased and approve HomeBased staff with Director of Special Education regarding home/schoolbased and assign staff in home/school placement(s).Conduct professional development duties as assigned by the supervisor
