The Position:
We are looking to fill a 1st shift press helper position.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with roller cleanup.
- Mount plates when needed.
- Pull and lay out tooling for production order.
- Support operator and/or press setup personnel with setup and teardown.
- Work with operator to achieve productivity and quality goals.
- Monitors in feed material.
- Monitors ink levels.
- Monitors waste wind.
- Operates in accordance with the manufacturer specifications and guidelines.
- Reads and is familiar with all documented procedures within the area of responsibility.
- Must work well with others in a team environment.
- Recording of time and production for job costing.
- Performs all required preventative maintenance in accordance to production schedule.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area and press.
- Observe company work rules and safety regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Shift hours are:
- 2:30pm10:30pm (2nd shift)
