Job Description

The NEARI School is seeking a dedicated and skilled PartTime ELL Instructor to deliver highquality intensive English Language Development (ELD) instruction for a bilingual student in the middle school. This role focuses on strengthening vocabulary oral language and literacy skills to enhance academic engagement and are looking for an educator with a strong background in language instruction who is passionate about supporting diverse learners and experienced in differentiating instruction to meet individual student :Deliver targeted ELD instruction tailored to the linguistic and academic needs of the key literacy skills including reading writing vocabulary and oral language oneonone instruction based on a mutually agreedupon tutoring educational technology tools to support language and adapt lesson and unit plans to align with student goals and detailed records of attendance session notes and weekly progress with the Educational Coordinator to review curriculum monitor student performance and adjust instructional strategies as additional duties as assigned to support student :Current Massachusetts DESE ESL licensure (required)Demonstrated experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse student populationsProven ability to differentiate instruction for individual learnersBilingual and/or bicultural background strongly preferredStrong organizational communication and collaboration skillsExperience with integrating technology into instruction
