POSITION: ASSISTANT CHORAL DIRECTOR
Effective 202526 School Year
LOCATION: KETTERING FAIRMONT HIGH SCHOOL AND
MIDDLE SCHOOLS
GENERAL INFORMATION: Seeking applicants with an Ohio P12 or K12 Comprehensive Music Teaching License who have the ability to teach choral music classes.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Partial List:
- Develop daily and seasonal educational objectives.
- Supervises and manages all classroom activities.
- Participates in schoolwide programs and activities.
- Communicate with parents and guardians of assigned students.
- Maintains records of student progress.
- Provides a variety of instructional experiences for all students.
QUALIFICATIONS Partial List:
- Valid Ohio teaching license.
- Must pass criminal background checks and preemployment drug screening.
- Collaboration and problemsolving skills.
- Educational technology skills.
SALARY: According to the approved teacher salary schedule.
