Are you a motivated reliable individual who thrives in a fastpaced environment Were looking for a Service Receptionist to join our rapidly growing Mazda service departmentpart of a respected familyowned dealer group with a reputation for excellence.
What Youll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and in person
- Handle a very high call volume with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Schedule service appointments and assist with customer followups
- Support the service department with administrative tasks and data entry
- Help maintain a smooth and welcoming frontdesk experience
What Were Looking For:
- Reliable and punctual team players who can multitask under pressure
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- Previous experience in a service or receptionist role is a plus
