Were seeking a multidisciplinary technologist part cloud architect part DevOps engineer part technical operations lead. Youll spearhead highimpact initiatives across client infrastructure automation internal systems and crossfunctional support. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution and love building resilient automated systems this role is made for you.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead secure highperformance cloud migrations (AWS Azure or GCP)
- Architect scalable environments aligned with compliance security and costefficiency goal
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines containerized environments and infrastructureascode systems
- Champion automation from deployment workflows to system health monitoring
- Provide handson expertlevel support across networking endpoint management security and SaaS ecosystems
- Resolve client issues efficiently with a customerfirst mindset and proactive solutions
- Identify bottlenecks in internal or client operations then design and implement automation to streamline them
- Integrate systems and tools using APIs scripts and lowcode platforms
- Collaborate with gotomarket teams to provide technical insight solution scoping and demo support
- Translate technical concepts into business value for both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 36 years in roles involving cloud engineering DevOps or MSP technical operations
- Handson experience with:
Public clouds (AWS Azure or GCP)
DevOps tools (Terraform Jenkins GitHub Actions Docker/Kubernetes)
- IT service platforms (e.g. ConnectWise Datto Autotask Atera Nable)
- Automation tools (e.g. Zapier Power Automate Make) and scripting (Python Bash PowerShell)
